Today Tuesday 18 dec, at 3.30 in the Bolshoi

Today, Tuesday, we only have the Bolshoi between 3:30 and 4:00, so please be on time. If you (or your child) could even leave a few minutes early from class to begin practicing that would be great! We are mostly going to practice the lineup and the walking, so it is important that everyone who will perform tomorrow Wednesday the 19th will come today Today is not a dress rehearsal, just please make sure that all clothes are clean and not wrinkly for the performance.

For Wednesday we have a very tight schedule, and we will not have a lot of time to eat. Since it is important that everyone has energy and is hydrated, it would be great if the moms could either pack a home lunch for their child, or buy something in the cafeteria (the children will not be eating during their usual lunch break).

The practices have been going great lately, and we are very excited to show everyone on Wednesday. Thank you all for your support so far!

Hi,

I understand that some of you have difficulty understanding Swedish, so I will write all emails in English to avoid confusion.
I apologize for the long wait and the changes in the schedule. December is a busy month, as there is a choir concert, a  band concert, a drama production and several music related after school activities, and it has been hard to book a music room to hold the practices. Many of the teachers have been unsure of their schedules so it has been difficult to create a proper schedule for the lucia practices. We have changed the dates so they do not interfere with any of the Swedish classes, and now we have finally made a permanent schedule for up until the performance.

Like I said before, it is important that you all make an effort to come to practice, because we need to practice the songs as a big group as well as practice the line up and the walk towards the stage. We have cut down one practice to make it easier for everyone to prioritize.
If you happen to miss a practice it is important that you practice singing at home, because the lyrics must be memorized by the 19th.

Also, if you need to borrow a gown/dress for the performance, please contact me because we have a few extra.

Again, I apologize for the confusion regarding the schedule. Now everything is set, and all practices in the future will hopefully run smoothly.
I have attached a word document with the schedule.

If anybody has any further  questions, feel free to email me.
